I have the honour to state that the Crown Agents have informed me that they are instructed to pay me a pension of $1200 per annum at the rate of 3/8° to the dollar = £220. This amount is based on a service of 20 years only, and I beg that it may be revised with a view to granting me a pension based on the full term of my service - viz. 20 years, 11 months, and 15 days or fully 21 years.
